Shipping policy

We process shipments from Monday to Friday.  We do our best to ship your order on the same day, but during peak demand or for special order items, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing. If an order is placed on a weekend, we will process the order on the following business day excluding federal holidays.

Keep in mind that ground shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed by our 3rd party carrier or Boozy Cardz and our fulfillment partners.

Before shipping, we meticulously inspect all orders for quality, including the condition of the cards and covers. While we take utmost care, please be aware that the transit process can be less gentle, and minor wear on the packaging and/or product may occur. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or discounts for these imperfections. However, if your items arrive broken in transit, we will offer a refund or replace the items.

If an order is refused or returned, we will refund the product's amount only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

For orders with Free Shipping, the shipping method used will be ground shipping.

We can ship to residential and business addresses, but please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. 

Please note, all purchases include the greeting card and plastic enclosure. The shot bottle is NOT included.

Boozy Cardz does not sell alcohol.
